I created this membership because yoga and meditation have tremendous benefits, and we're living in SUCH intense times. With everything we’ve been though, we need each other right now!
One of the things I've learned in this global pandemic is that regular, virtual yoga practice with a live group REALLY helps. Connecting with my community has been a bright light in a dark time. And while I certainly miss seeing people in person, it’s not safe to breathe deeply in crowds right now, and it may not be safe for quite some time.
Over the summer I began leading yoga and meditation classes with the the Nourish Your Vitality group on Zoom, and noticed right away I was sleeping better. I felt stronger, steadier, and healthier, despite the chaos in the world. The feedback from the group confirmed that regular yoga and meditation has definitely supported their health and wellbeing.

The problem with yoga and meditation is you have to ACTUALLY DO it, and it’s so hard to go it alone, without a community.
There’re thousands or maybe millions, of virtual yoga sites out there, as well as tons of meditation apps—and they are a fantastic support. But, with recorded classes, you don’t get the love, support, and accountability that come from belonging to a live group. The group cheers you on, helps you get through hard times, and it’s proven that joining a group greatly helps the odds that you'll succeed in making changes in your life.
In live classes you can check in with me about your tight hip, sore shoulder, or achey neck. You can actually ask questions about the problems that come up when you try to meditate. (And believe me, problems come up!)

How Yoga Refresh works:
Each week you’ll have the option of attending three live-streamed yoga classes and two live meditation sessions with Suzanne and our group on Zoom.
To access live classes via Zoom you’ll receive an email at least an hour before each class meets with with the link.
Join our on-line community and you’ll have access to the library of past classes to help you practice at any time of day that works for you. We have over 20 classes online now, and three new classes are added each week.
In our on-line community we also have a forum to help you connect with members between classes, get support, ask questions, and experience the power of being part of a group. You can unsubscribe from Yoga Refresh at anytime, all we ask is 30 days notice.
September Schedule:
Tuesdays: 4-5pm ET All Levels Yoga Class, and at 5-5:30pm Meditation Class to create more, peace, ease and flow in your life
Wednesdays: 8-9am ET "Morning Fresh” Class
Thursdays: 4-5pm ET All Levels Yoga Class and at 5-5:30pm Meditation Class to create more, peace, ease and flow in your life
Bonus classes will be added this fall, as well as a free meditation workshop with Suzanne!
Each month there will be 12 live monthly yoga classes, and 6 live meditation classes. Visit the online library if you miss a class, or even practice everyday with the recordings, to maximize your membership.
Online yoga is the safest way for us to be in community right now, and the good news is that it allows us to come together with friends from all over the world. (Have a friend you miss? Invite them to join you for classes, and have a chat afterwards.)
Why a monthly membership?
You’ll see the benefits of a regular practice right away, but often, after a month you REALLY start noticing how much better you feel. I’ve seen yoga memberships work so well in the studio setting and I believe they are the best for students.
