    Some of the content in Nourish Your Vitality is delivered to you online But, the real learning activity takes place in your daily life and in conversations with others in the course.

    In the Nourish Your Vitality Course you’ll learn to:

    • Navigate this time of transformation and change with community to help you move forward.

    • Integrate movement and exercise into your day without needing motivation, AND without over-doing it.

    • Eat well without a struggle, feel light and energized without being hungry.

    • Take the time each day to center yourself with meditation or prayer, so you easily deal with any kind of stress.

    • AND, each evening, when you've met the challenges of the day, turn off your light, lie quietly and peacefully until sleep comes, and sleep soundly for 7 to 8 hours.

    Included in the year-long Nourish Your Vitality Course:

    We focus on the Inner Journey! Daily cornerstone practices that you choose: meditation, prayer, yoga, breathing, and/or spiritual reading.

    • Habit change and Behavioral Science (of course) We'll continue to use these approaches and to assist evolution in our health and our lives.

    • Breathing practices to up level our vibrational field, strengthen our vitality and our lungs.

    • Identity Shift: the most effective way to change your habits is to focus on not what you wish to achieve, but WHO you wish to become. Better habits help you change your beliefs about yourself; this is a process about becoming your future self.

    • Weekly Live coaching calls on Zoom (all recorded)
